Sociable, focused on the satisfaction of the customer and the staff, I built my experience in numerous international companies, some family-owned, organisations part of investment funds and blue-chip companies. Throughout my entire career, I have led the operational, sales and management teams of these companies.
I currently hold certifications as a mediator and mentor coach. I have also worked recently as an interim manager.
I am experienced in working with high-performance teams and I convey the skills described above, both to individuals and to teams, allowing development to its fullest potential and capability to cope with the resolutions of complex and specific problems.
Beyond being a certified mediator and coach, I am particularly interested in the development potential of each employee.
What can I bring to your organization/company?
After building a long career in multiple and diverse positions on several continents, I now wish to share my skills, techniques and experiences with different teams, in order for these to discover and deploy the best of their potential in order to achieve the objectives for the companies they work for.
I am convinced that it really is the human aspect that is important to develop within organizations. This is a point on which I can be particularly useful.
I learned how to build, lead, motivate teams who can unlock difficult situations, get the best of themselves and move from a stage of « satisfactory » to « specifically efficient », whilst maintaining professional and personal well-being.
As described at the beginning of my summary, I am certified as a mediator, coach and mentor. In addition to my general management experience, I have the ability to apply these skills in the areas of negotiations, commercial litigation, development and growth planning.
